Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

+There are certain situations in which only partial refunds will be issued: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected. Next, contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.
Shipping To return your product, you must mail it to: Plaza Federico Garcia Lorca, 3, door 27, Burjassot, V, 46100, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
